Pickup & Delivery

After customers select their desired products, they can choose to pick them up at the store or receive them by mail.

Appointment for In-Store Pickup

Whether you are picking up in person or on behalf of a friend, please bring the relevant documents (which can be displayed on a mobile phone or tablet). You will have to sign upon pickup for confirmation.

The store will be temporarily closed during Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above / "Extreme Weather Conditions."

Please pick up your order within 90 days. If you cannot pick it up on time, please notify us in advance. We reserve the right to handle uncollected orders after the deadline. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Free Shipping

Oriental Genuine Art products will be delivered through designated courier services or arranged according to the uniqueness of the products. The product includes valuation services but does not include any insurance services. Upon request, customers can contact us to arrange for designated courier services (at their own expense) or purchase insurance. The liability for Oriental Genuine Art products will remain until entrusted to the courier service and the delivery order is confirmed. Customers must bear the shipping risk.

When customers receive the shipped products, please check if the items are intact within 24 hours. If damage is found, please take photos for record, retain all packaging materials, and contact us for assistance in following up with the courier company regarding claims or communication processes.

Free shipping service for orders over HKD $1,000 in Hong Kong/Macau. In-stock products will be shipped within 48 hours after order and payment (excluding public holidays and store holidays). Pre-ordered items will be shipped within the specified time (please contact customer service for details). After shipping, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp and provide a tracking number; customers should inquire about the shipping status directly with the courier company. If customers have specific requests regarding shipping times or arrangements, please contact the courier company directly after the goods are shipped.

Please note: The product price does not include any customs duties, taxes, or other fees. At the time of payment, the recipient may need to pay any import taxes, customs duties, and local sales taxes charged in the delivery area.
