2. Prices and Payment
Transactions on this website are settled in Hong Kong dollars, but Oriental Genuine Art may change this from time to time.
Oriental Genuine Art will start processing orders only after full payment is received. Customers must settle the total amount of the order within two days after placing it. If customers fail to pay on time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Additionally, if you need to use international shipping, such extra costs will be quoted to you after placing the order. Oriental Genuine Art will not ship the order to the address listed by the customer unless we receive payment for the order and shipping fees.
Oriental Genuine Art shall not be responsible for any taxes, import duties, customs fees, or any other additional costs that may arise during the payment processing and/or shipping of the order. If the recipient refuses to accept the delivery, the shipping fee will not be refunded. Product prices will be based on the website’s quotation (except in cases of obvious errors).
Although Oriental Genuine Art takes all possible precautions to ensure that all price information on our website is accurate, human or mechanical errors may occur. In cases of mechanical or website errors, Oriental Genuine Art has the final right to make any changes and determine prices.
If we discover any pricing errors in the products you ordered, we will make every effort to inform you as soon as possible and provide the correct price along with options to confirm or cancel the order. If we cannot contact you, the order will be considered canceled, and if you have made a payment, you will receive a full refund. If the pricing error is evident and you could reasonably have inferred it at the time of ordering, we are under no obligation to sell you the product at the incorrect (lower) price and may unconditionally cancel your order. Oriental Genuine Art retains the final right to change product prices on the online store and does not need to provide notification after changes.
