Return & Exchange Policy

At Oriental Genuine Art, we want every customer to shop with confidence and peace of mind. We guarantee that all our jade products are natural Burmese Type A Jadeite. 
If the purchased item is proven not to be natural Type A jadeite, customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of invoice.

Please note that sale items or products otherwise specified as non-returnable are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items Include:

  • All sale or promotional items

  • Loose stones and mounting services

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Items that have been damaged, altered, or engraved

  • Items clearly marked as non-exchangeable or non-refundable on the receipt

Return & Exchange Arrangement

Please contact us within 14 days (from the invoice date) to schedule a return or exchange appointment.
On the appointment date, kindly bring the original item, official receipt, packaging box, all accompanying materials (e.g., certificate), and any complimentary gifts (if applicable) to the designated store for processing.

Important Notes

  1. The item must remain in its original and intact condition as when sold/received.

  2. Each item is eligible for one return or exchange only; exchanged items cannot be returned or exchanged again.

  3. Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and price differences must be settled accordingly.

  4. Shipping fees for returns or exchanges are borne by the customer.

  5. For purchases made via credit card or electronic payment, 95% of the total order amount will be refunded.
    (A 5% deduction applies for shipping and bank processing fees.)

  6. Import duties and other taxes are non-refundable.

  7. Whether purchased in-store or online, customers must visit the designated store to complete the return or exchange.
    Oriental Genuine Art reserves the right to inspect the item on the spot to verify its condition and consistency with the official invoice.



In case of any dispute, Oriental Genuine Art reserves the right of final decision on all matters relating to returns and exchanges.
We also reserve the right to amend, suspend, or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
